The Preschool children in South Milwaukee had a busy morning with marshmallow counting.

They also filled a balloon with water and took it outside. When frozen they brought it in and touched it. They watched it start to melt with the touch of their hands just like when sunlight kisses a snowman.

Let little ones touch and feel the snow with their hands. After a while, add a few accessories: plastic penguin or polar bear figurines, plastic containers, cookie cutters, modeling dough tools, etc.
