Grab your friends. Pick your costumes. Make a night of it.

Boos & Ghouls Night Out, presented by Soerens Ford, returns Thursday, October 8 to The Corners of Brookfield—and this is one night you won't want to miss.

Last year, 400+ people came out…and the event SOLD OUT.

This year, we're bringing back beer at Cafe Hollander, wine tastings, food pairings, shopping, retailer experiences, raffle, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

Drew Tilkens is excited to join and serve the Elmbrook Education Foundation. He and his wife, Kari, moved to Brookfield 15 years ago to be part of the Elmbrook school system. They have two boys that attend Brookfield Central. Austin, a senior, is in National Honor Society and runs cross country and plays on the tennis team. Alex, a sophomore, also runs cross country, grudgingly, but golf is his main love. Drew and his wife met in college and both work at Froedtert. Drew is in hospital administration and supports the business initiatives at Menomonee Falls and West Bend hospitals. He also supports both hospital foundations at those locations. Kari is an RN at Froedtert Hospital. Drew is a member of the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, and has also been a Jr. Lancer basketball and baseball coach for 10 years but retired from coaching once both boys entered high school. His family has hosted three exchange students in the past (Brazil, France, Belgium) and have stayed very close to them. They’ve become family and the family visited them all in their home countries. Drew loves to travel, especially to National Parks. He believes in serving the community that he lives in and is honored to have this opportunity to support our teachers and students.

Danielle Linn is a proud Tonawanda parent, living in Elm Grove with her husband, three kids, and three pets (two cats and a dog!). In addition to the EEF board, she serves as Co-President for the Tonawanda PTO, and previously served as VP of Fundraising and various committee chairs for the organization. She is the owner of Little Geese Shop in the Wauwatosa Village, a children's resale boutique and gift shop. She graduated from Marquette University with a BA in Theatre Arts (where she studied under fellow EEF Board Member, Connie Petersen!), and previously worked in Business Affairs for various Chicago advertising agencies before pursuing small business ownership.

Bethany Seeboth is an attorney and the principal of Seeboth Legal Services LLC, a Milwaukee-area practice focused on Guardian ad Litem work in Wisconsin family and probate courts. Bethany has enjoyed working with EEF over the last 3 years. As a literacy volunteer with Intergen, she has spent 2 years reading one-on-one with elementary students at Swanson and Tonawanda. She has served on the scholarship selection committee, and she is proud to sponsor EEF’s STEAM programming. Bethany also volunteers with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and The Women's Center of Waukesha, and serves on the boards of the Wisconsin Parkinson Association and her own nonprofit, Powering Up, Inc. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Bethany loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her dogs and kids.

Laura Swenson is joining the Elmbrook Education Foundation board in 2026. A Brookfield resident for 15 years, she moved to the community to start a family and raise her children in the Elmbrook School District. She is the broker-owner of Blauhaus Flat Fee, an independent flat-fee real estate brokerage serving Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. Along with her husband, Kris, she also flips houses all over Southeastern Wisconsin. As a parent to two young Elmbrook School District students, she serves as chair of the Dixon Elementary PTO's High Interest Day committee. Laura believes that great public schools are the foundation of strong communities and brings a data-driven, hands-on approach to her volunteer work. In her free time, Laura enjoys reading, cooking, live music, travel, arts, and gardening.
