This past Friday, we welcomed Brookfield Academy alumnus Jack Trunzo ’10 to back to campus as our keynote speaker for Founders Day. 💙

Jack shared some of his favorite memories from his time at BA, along with lessons he has learned through challenges, failures, growth, and success since graduating. He shared stories of trying new things at BA and was candid that he didn’t always succeed. With the support of caring teachers and classmates, he learned from those experiences and encouraged students to do the same: try new things, embrace challenges, learn from them, and keep growing.

His message to our students was simple: be courageous. Take on big challenges. Don’t be afraid to fail, learn from those experiences, and keep growing. He also reminded our community of the importance of supporting one another and lifting each other up along the way.

Jack Trunzo is currently the Vice President at Frazier Healthcare Partners, where he leads U.S. healthcare investments. Jack holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and a BBA in Finance and English from the University of Notre Dame.

We’re so grateful for our strong alumni community and for the many alumni who continue to come back to campus, share their experiences, and inspire the next generation of Blue Knights.

Senior Ethan Potthast is in the running for Athlete of the Week after an incredible performance in BA’s 49–30 football win over USM: 218 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, 89 rushing yards, and 2 rushing touchdowns!

We look forward to welcoming Jack Trunzo ’10 back to Brookfield Academy as our Founders Day keynote speaker.

Jack has built an impressive career in healthcare investing and currently serves as a Vice President at Frazier Healthcare Partners in Seattle, where he leads investments in healthcare companies across the United States. His career has also included investment work with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and investment banking at William Blair.

A graduate of Notre Dame and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Jack has taken the lessons and experiences that began at Brookfield Academy with him around the world.

Alumni, come back to the top of the hill and hear Jack speak! Join us at the Founders Hall Flagpole at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, September 11.

Our alumni were well represented at Brookfield Academy's golf outing, and it is safe to say they made the most of it! The best part of these events isn’t just the golf. It is the laughs, the unexpected moments, and the memories made along the way.

Five stars all around!

What started with one alumna's idea turned into a wonderful weekend of reconnecting! Thanks to our Nashville-based Rohini Jaglan '08 Singh for organizing a Chicago-area gathering; Blue Knights traveled from Cedarburg, Madison, and beyond to spend time together. Even better? Many brought along their spouses and little ones, introducing the next generation to the friendships that began at Brookfield Academy.

There is something special about seeing BA connections continue to grow across states, generations, and years.

Another Matchday, Another Awesome Alumni Experience!

Our FIFA World Cup alumni sightings keep rolling in! This time, Sanjiv '20, Rajiv '16, Ravi '18, Malaika Mathai '86, and Satish Kodali were at BC Place in Vancouver to watch Switzerland vs. Colombia, and they were treated to a match that went all the way to penalty kicks!
