We are looking to host a funnel cake fundraiser at the bell game this year. If you can help out that would be great. We’ll need some people helping make them and others to help bring things in. Here’s what we need
3 large containers of oil
Napkins
Paper plates
Pancake mix

Our next home football game/tailgate will be October 24. This will be our last regular season game. We are having one of the most popular menus, our soup supper. This is after flipping the menu last week due to hot weather. Sounds like the weather will be better for soup this week. Below is a list of donated items. Please have them at the Pepsi lot by 5:30 that day.

There will be at least 1 post season game roll through Brookfield. It will either be Halloween night or the following Friday. Watch for a post concerning that tailgate after we know for sure when it will be held.

I am changing up the menu for Friday’s game. Due to the high temperature forecasted for Friday, we will be having our pizza party this week and soup next week. Everyone that volunteered to bring items other than soup can still bring them if you want and I will bring them back next week. We will still need the cookies/brownies for this week..

Surely the weather will cool off by next week and we will have soup, grilled cheese and hot chocolate.

Sorry for the late post. It’s been one of those weeks. We are having pulled pork sandwiches and pulled pork nachos for our tailgate Friday night. I already have almost everything we need for dinner. Raspberry’s BBQ was so kind as to donate the pulled pork, so if you see Heidi around, please tell her thank you. If someone would like to bring some cookies or brownies, I think our list will be complete. Hope to see everyone Friday night!

It’s homecoming week! That means marching in the homecoming parade, performing at the football game, and of course tailgating!!

This weeks menu is hotdogs and chilidogs. Below is a list of items needed for the tailgate. If you are willing to donate any of the items, please comment below.

Items need to be at the Pepsi lot by 5:30 on Friday evening. If you cannot get them there, you can drop them off at Green Hills Pharmacy Monday through Thursday 9-6. I am not going to be there on Friday this week. Or I can pick them up from you anytime on Friday before 5.

*Cases of water need to be left in wrapper and at room temperature. I will bring water that was donated last week iced down for use on Friday.

We appreciate all donations for the tailgates and I know the kids do too!!

We still have band T-shirts for sale. Small through x-large are $18 and 2x are $21.50. Eight dollars from each shirt goes to the band boosters. We accept cash, check, or Venmo They would be great to wear at the parade, at the game, and at the Pershing Days parade on Saturday. Show your support of the band. If you want one before Friday evening, let me know.

Tail gate tonight 5:30 Pepsi parking lot! We will have the fundraiser shirts that were preordered there for pickup. We will also have extra for purchase. $18 for sizes small thru extra large. $21.50 for 2xl. The band members shirts will be passed out sometime by Mr Sanchegraw.
