Nanna’s Place is hiring qualified childcare preschool teachers to educate children ages one through four as well as an afterschool teacher. Our company in Bronson, Florida, is seeking an experienced, childcare preschool teacher who shares the joy of working with children to join our team. Childcare preschool teachers coming on board will provide children with lifelong skills by aiding in building positive self-esteem, closing communication gaps, increasing self-expression and increasing the ability to reason within each child.
Responsibilities:
Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
Create a fun and safe learning environment
Follow a schedule and routine to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
Pass background check
CDA or equivalent a plus
40 state hours completed a plus
First Aid, CPR Certified
Passionate about working with children
Work as a team with other staff members, parents, and partnering agencies
Ability to build rapport with children
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintain a safe, clean, positive environment at all times.
Schedule:
4/10 hour shift
5/8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
