Our 2026 Band Camp week will be here before we know it! Please be sure to mark your calendars for these dates for the week of 8/10. All currently enrolled HS band and percussion students for the 2026-2027 school year should be in attendance!

Ms. Phillips would like to take a moment and shout out our AWESOME band students who came to our first half-day marching band rehearsal of the 26-27 school year! It was a super productive rehearsal and exciting to warm up our playing and marching skills again!

For students joining us tomorrow evening for the parade: please stop by the band room tomorrow around 4:00pm to collect your music and items. We will play our National Anthem (arr. Story) and our Fight Song for Custer County Fair.

Tomorrow will be ☀️HOT🔥 so please drink PLENTY of water before the parade. Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are encouraged.

2026-2027 Students enrolled in 9-12 HS Band/Percussion:

Please check your school email for information regarding Custer County Fair Parade scheduled for Saturday, July 25th and a short rehearsal to refresh music and marching skills the day before on Friday, July 24th from 8:00am-12:00pm!

Please also plan on wearing a RED shirt (preferably a red school shirt) and black shorts/leggings/pants for the parade. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact Ms. Phillips at [email protected]!

Where: Ms. Harms's room (choir room)

Meeting Description:

“Many hands make light work.” Don’t miss your opportunity to serve as an officer for Broken Bow Public Schools Music Boosters.

President-create agendas, lead meetings. Represent boosters and communicate with music program instructors and admin.

VP-stand in for other officers as needed and assist President with outreach.

Secretary-keep minutes at meetings and distribute to members.

Treasurer-pay bills, organize financials, provide reports at Boosters meetings.

Additionally, we rely heavily on parental assistance for things like uniform fitting, walking in parades/chaperoning, organizing fundraisers and promoting the fine arts programs to BBPS families

We hope to see you all May 11!
