September 26th several of our athletes will be competing in Durant at KGI2! We have more athlete announcements to come so be on the lookout. We also want to thank Kingdom Grappling Durant for the opportunity to compete a little closer to home.

pre-order form is below. If you are wanting to purchase multiple shirts you will need to fill out multiple forms. Your order must be paid by September 11th for it to be included.

If you’ve been nervous about starting and haven’t quite known how to go about it we’ve got the perfect class for you. Our adult Fundamentals BJJ class has officially kicked off on Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm

First kids boxing class is in the books! We’re excited to watch these young athletes grow.

Our new schedule starts tomorrow, 8/31 with the exception of our CRAWL program which will start the week of 09/07

Additions to the schedule include
- Monday & Friday Kids Boxing 5:15:6:15pm
- Tuesday Teen and Adult Fundamentals Jiu Jitsu 5:30-6:30pm
- Thursday All ages striking 5:30-6:30pm

Changes to the schedule include
- Women’s only BJJ is moving to Monday at 10am

All other class times will remain the same. We look forward to seeing you on the mats this week!
