Enrollment for the 2024-2025 Before/After School Transport Program is now open for our currently enrolled students.

Council Oaks will be closed July 4, 2024 thru July 5, 2024. We hope that everyone has a safe and wonderful 4th of July holiday.

Splash Time scheduled for July 3, 2024, has been cancelled due to the parade.

Students in the Summer Session and Summer Camp Programs will swim on July 3, 2024. Swim times will be adjusted due to the parade.

The annual Council Oaks Learning Campus 4th of July Parade will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. The parade will start at 9:00 AM and will be held outside. The parade will be cancelled if it rains. Notification of parade cancellation will be on Facebook and by email no later than 8:30 AM.

The parking lot will close at 8:30 AM and reopen at 9:45 AM. Please do not park on either side of the flag poles. Please do not park in the dental office parking lot; they will tow your car.

Students will walk or ride (baby bed/ stroller/ wagon) in the parade. We start in the lobby and circle the outside front area of the center approximately two to three times. No bikes, trikes, scooters, electric toys, or skates for the parade.

Everyone is invited to dress in patriotic red, white and blue! WE ARE USA PROUD! All parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and friends are invited to participate. The parade takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

We are still looking for one more lifeguard for our summer camp. Must be certified thru American Red Cross or equivalent. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. No weekends or holidays. Must be sixteen years of age or older. Pay range is $13 to $16 per hour. Free daily snacks and lunch. Please have them call 918-455-0074 or email [email protected].

2024 Summer Camp and Summer Session enrollment is now open! We have a few open spots in all classrooms.

Drop in care will be available for all of our currently enrolled Private Academy and Before/After Care students for Spring Break, March 15, 2024 thru March 22, 2024. The schedule of activities is on the front desk in the lobby.

Council Oaks Learning Campus will be closed today, Monday, January 22, 2024, due to ice covered roads. Stay warm and if trying to travel be safe!

Broken Arrow Public Schools will not be open on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, and has declared a snow day.

Council Oaks Learning Campus will have drop in care available for all of our currently enrolled Before/After School students.

Council Oaks Learning Campus will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024, due to the condition of the roads and the extreme cold.

The Black Cat parade has been cancelled due to the cold temperatures predicted for the morning of October 31, 2023. Black Cat Parties will still be held in the classrooms. Students may still wear their costume for the day. Please make sure that students have a change of clothing.
