Calm Gatherings of Tulsa is **LEVELING UP for Back to School** with Dave & Buster’s!

Join us for a sensory-friendly morning of arcade fun:

**⏰ 9:00–11:00 AM**
**🎟️ Two full hours of FREE play!**

Dave & Buster’s is generously hosting us again, and we are so excited to bring our families together for another fun, inclusive event before school starts!

**Important ticket info — please read carefully:**
We have a **hard cap of 350 total people**. That number includes **everyone attending**, not just the kids.

Please reserve a ticket for **every single person in your party**, including:
special needs kiddos, siblings, parents, grandparents, caregivers, aides, and anyone else coming with you.

Please do **not** reserve more tickets than you truly plan to use. If you reserve 10 tickets and only 4 people come, that means 6 other people may miss out. We want as many families as possible to get the chance to join us!

As always, I strongly encourage families to support Dave & Buster’s restaurant during the event. They continue to support our community, and it is important that we show them support in return so events like this can keep happening.

It’s lunch time, which reminds us — kids eat FREE this summer!

Our child nutrition team is providing free meals to children 18 and under at various school sites and locations throughout June and July.

In an abundance of caution with predicted inclement weather we are moving both Tug of War and Bubble Send Off inside. These events will now be student only events. No parents. Students will not be getting wet during bubble send off. We realize this is not ideal. Thank you for your support.
