Two years ago, I took the biggest leap of faith—trading in my career-girl dreams to stay home with my babies and running an in home daycare. Little did I know, this decision would be one of the greatest I’ve ever made. Opening my home and heart to the sweetest families in our community has been such an incredible blessing.

To the amazing parents who have trusted me, and the precious little ones who fill my days with laughter, love, and purpose—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support, kindness, and the joy your children bring into my home make this journey so much more than just a business—it’s a calling.

Are you a kind-hearted, energetic individual with a passion for nurturing young children? We are looking for a dedicated In-Home Childcare Assistant to join our loving daycare family! This position offers the opportunity to care for and teach 2-4-year-olds in a faith-based environment, helping instill biblical values while creating joyful learning experiences.

📍 Location: Northeastern Broken Arrow
⏳ Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available

Requirements:

✔️ A genuine love for children and a warm, nurturing spirit
✔️ Previous childcare or babysitting experience (references preferred)
✔️ Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
✔️ CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
✔️ Reliable, flexible, and responsible
✔️ Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in fun activities
✔️ Strong communication skills to keep parents informed
✔️ A passion for fostering learning, laughter, and faith in young hearts

💰 Pay: $12 - $14/hour (based on qualifications and experience)
