In honor of our flagship tournament, that we miss and need to do again, we're renaming "Sparring Night" to "Spar Wars - Sparring Night".

Gives it the energy those nights deserve!

We would like to have a Spar Wars - Sparring Night next Friday, 6-7 again with our guests coming up for the women's self defense class Saturday. There will be some excellent young high belts and black belts from ITFA Taekwon-Do Oklahoma coming.

Please let us know by Monday or Tuesday's night class so we can get a head count! It'll be a great night of fun sparring that you won't want to miss!
