This is more than a tutoring position. You’ll work one-on-one with students, celebrate meaningful progress, and experience the reward of helping a child discover that reading really can become easier.

We provide training, curriculum, and ongoing support. Positions are part-time (mostly) during after-school hours—perfect for teachers, paraprofessionals, reading specialists, retired educators, and others who love helping students.

WHEN THE LEARNING “CUP” OVERFLOWS

Think of it like a cup. When a student must remember too many new directions, rules, or steps at once, the cup can overflow—leaving little room for learning.
