We engineer culture for schools and organizations so they can thrive!

24 hours at Jostens Global Renaissance Conference reminded me why this work matters.

Over the past day, our Jason Jedamski had the opportunity to lead sessions on creating irresistible experiences and building thriving student sections.

What stood out wasn't what happened on stage.

It was what happened in the room.

Hundreds of educators, advisors, and student leaders weren't just listening. They were engaging, practicing, discussing, laughing, challenging ideas, and thinking deeply about how to create schools where students want to belong.

One message kept resurfacing:
Culture doesn't happen by accident.

It is built through what we permit, practice, and promote.

Thank you to everyone who attended, shared ideas, asked questions, and committed to making their schools better places for students.

The future is bright when educators continue investing in connection, belonging, and school culture.

Our team at Ignite2Unite is off to a fast start at the TASSP Summer Workshop!

Jason Jedamski's session on 3 School Culture Conversations Every Staff Must Have was packed and we have already met some amazing educators in our booth.

Yesterday our Jason Jedamski had the privilege of facilitating the Norman Public Schools Administrator Retreat with an incredible group of leaders committed to serving students, staff, and community.

We spent the day focused on a simple but powerful idea:
People Before Professionals.

When leaders intentionally build relationships, trust grows. When trust grows, engagement follows. And when engagement follows, culture changes.

Together, we explored:
✅ Why engagement is the first intervention
✅ The connection between relationships, trust, and performance
✅ How culture is shaped through both macro-behaviors and micro-behaviors
✅ Practical ways leaders can create connection, belonging, and engagement in their schools

One of the biggest takeaways from the day:
"Culture isn't built in a day. It's built daily."

The future of education depends on leaders who understand that culture is not a program—it's the result of thousands of interactions, conversations, and moments of connection.

Thank you to the Norman Public Schools leadership team for your engagement, vulnerability, and willingness to invest in the people who make your schools great.

The energy in the room was incredible, and I can't wait to see the impact these conversations have across the district in the coming year.
