Come satisfy your sweet tooth while supporting a great cause!

The Nurturing Tree Early Learning Academy is hosting a Bake Sale Fundraiser to raise money for improvements to our outdoor learning and play space. Every purchase helps us create an even better environment where children can learn, explore, and grow through nature-based play.

Do you believe childhood should be filled with wonder, nature, and meaningful relationships? We're looking for a passionate early childhood educator to join our close-knit team!

Full-Time Position
3 10-Hour Shifts Per Week
Starting Wage: $16–$18 per Hour (based on qualifications and experience)

At The Nurturing Tree Early Learning Academy, we're a small, high-quality, nature-focused, play-based childcare center serving children ages 2–10. Our size allows us to build strong relationships with our children, families, and staff while providing the support and leadership you deserve.

🌿 Embracing Mud at The Nurturing Tree 🌿

At The Nurturing Tree Early Learning Academy, we don't see mud as something to avoid, we see it as an invitation to learn.

When children mix, pour, dig, stir, and create in the mud, they're developing fine and gross motor skills, experimenting with science concepts, strengthening problem-solving abilities, engaging in imaginative play, and building confidence through hands-on exploration. Best of all, they're making joyful childhood memories.

Yes, clothes get dirty. Hands get muddy. Smiles get bigger.

Research continues to show that open-ended outdoor play supports healthy brain development, creativity, resilience, and social-emotional growth. Mud kitchens and natural play spaces provide opportunities that simply can't be replicated with plastic toys indoors.

Our children spent the day exploring water, movement, teamwork, problem-solving, and joyful connection, all through hands-on outdoor play. In a Reggio-inspired environment, we believe children learn best when they are free to explore, create, collaborate, and discover the world around them.

Learning here usually happens barefoot, laughing with friends, and making memories outdoors!

Christmas reminds us that God chose to enter the world as a child who was humble, innocent, and full of promise. At The Nurturing Tree, this truth shapes everything we do. We believe children are a precious gift from God, created with purpose, worthy of love, patience, and intentional nurturing.

🍁 Golden hour + hammocks = pure childhood magic. ✨

At The Nurturing Tree, we believe kids thrive when they’re given space to rest, reset, and simply be little.

The sunshine was giving our hammock garden the perfect glow—just look at these kiddos soaking in the calm, the breeze, and a moment to slow down. 💛

Creating environments where children feel safe, grounded, and nurtured is what we’re all about. 🌿
