Book Buddies in action! πŸ“šπŸ’š

Last week, Ms. Botelho's 1st graders visited Mrs. Prevett's 4th grade classroom to watch their Book Buddies share their presentations. Our youngest Gators were proud to see their older buddies showcase all of their hard work, while our 4th graders did an outstanding job presenting with confidence and enthusiasm.

These special cross-grade connections help build reading skills, confidence, and lasting friendships throughout our school. Great job, Gators! πŸŠπŸ’š

A special shoutout to Mrs. Sacco for partnering with her good friends at the WillSam Charity to bring free books to over 800 Angelo Gators on Thursday!
Thanks to the generosity of the WillSam Charity, every student in grades 2–5 received a brand-new book to read and enjoy this summer. There's no better way to encourage a lifelong love of reading than by putting great books into the hands of our students!
A huge THANK YOU to Will and Sam for your continued generosity and unwavering support of the students at the Angelo School. Your kindness is helping our Gators keep reading all summer long! πŸ“šπŸŠπŸ’š

Our 5th graders had a great time asking thoughtful questions and interacting with Chris Curran during his visit earlier this week! A Brockton High Hall of Fame athlete and former professional baseball player, Chris shared his journey from Brockton Public Schools student to professional athlete while encouraging our students to work hard, persevere, and give back to their community. Another great BPS success story inspiring the next generation. Thank you, Chris, for taking the time to invest in our Angelo Gators! πŸŠπŸ’šβšΎοΈ

BROCKTON'S BEST GIVING BACK!

A big thank you to Chris Curran for visiting our Angelo School 5th graders on Monday as part of our Brockton's Best Giving Back series!

Chris, a former Brockton Public Schools student and professional baseball player, shared his inspiring journey with our Gatorsβ€”from his days as a BPS student, to playing professional baseball, to the joy of being Cole's dad. He also spoke about the important work he does today advocating for autistic individuals and the autism community.

Our students loved interacting with Chris, asking thoughtful questions, and hearing his powerful story. Thank you for taking the time to inspire the next generation of Angelo Gators and for reminding our students that they can make a positive impact both on and off the field! πŸŠπŸ’šβšΎ

What an incredible evening! πŸ§œβ€β™€οΈπŸŒŠπŸŽ

Our 5th grade TAG classrooms put on an amazing performance of The Little Mermaid this evening! Our talented students designed the sets, created the costumes, choreographed the dances, and brought the story to life through their outstanding acting. Every student played an important role in making this production a success, and their creativity, teamwork, and hard work were on full display.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Sacco, Mrs. O'Connor, and Mrs. Mency for your dedication, creativity, and countless hours of work to make this annual tradition such a memorable experience for our students. Your commitment provides our Gators with an opportunity they'll remember for years to come.

Congratulations to all of our amazing performers and crew on a spectacular production! πŸ’šπŸŠπŸ‘
