Douglas, appreciating and endorsing the work in which the organization had been engaged, presented the Brockton Day Nursery with a building and land on Everett Street and an endowment for the continuance of its missi

An organization with over 120 years of service to Brockton and the surrounding communities, Brockton Day Nursery is now located in their permanent home, a 131,000 square foot campus on Crescent Street in Brockton. We offer arts, crafts, music, role play (drama) and outdoor activities in addition to creative curriculum based learning. Brockton Day Nursery’s…goal is to offer an interactive, developmentally appropriate program that enhances children’s natural curiosity about the world around them, and nurtures the important cognitive and social-emotional development that will benefit them throughout their lives.
