Join us for our PAC (Parent Advisory Council) Summer Social on Tuesday, August 11, from 10:00–11:00 a.m. We hope you'll stop by to meet other George School families, connect with our Parent Advisory Council (PAC), and learn how you can get involved this school year!
Event Details:
🌞 PAC Meeting: Outdoor café tables under the umbrellas
🛝 Children: Welcome to play on the playground while parents meet (staff supervision will be provided)
🌧️ Rain Plan: If it rains, we will move indoors.
Whether you're new to the George School or returning for another great year, we'd love to see you there. It's a fun, casual way to meet the principal, connect with other families, and kick off the school year together!

The 11th annual BPS Backpack (and school supply) Giveaway, in partnership with Ward 6 School Committee Member Joyce Asack and Cradles to Crayons, is coming up on Friday, July 31!

The backpack giveaway will be near the fine arts building entrance at Brockton High School from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. (or until all 6,500 backpacks are distributed). BPS students are welcome, but families must come in a vehicle. No walk-ups will be allowed.

We will miss our Grade 5 Jaguars and wish them all the best as they begin their middle school journey!

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our outgoing PAC President, Mrs. Amanda Allen, for her years of dedication and unwavering support of the George School community. Today, our George School community lined the hallways to celebrate two incredible staff members as they began their retirement journey. Mrs. Mendiguren, our Grade 5 Spanish teacher in the Juntos program, and Mrs. Roberts, our Cafeteria Manager, were cheered on by our Jaguars during a special retirement parade filled with smiles, applause, and gratitude.

Thank you both for your years of dedication and commitment to our students and school community. We wish you all the best in this exciting new chapter—you will be deeply missed and always be a part of the George School family. 💙🐆
