What’s the secret ingredient in our Mac and Cheese?

Roasted Butternut Squash!!

Students at loved getting to try out a new Mac and cheese recipe and learn more about butternut squash from our Resident Dietitian.

Our Chef was also cooking up a storm behind the serving line with some fresh ingredients and a roasted carrot side dishes

aspects of the food preparation and production facility
to ensure the students in the city have healthy meals
daily.
