Isaiah Thomas advises kids to spend more time working on catch-and-shoot basics rather than "isolation stuff like your Luka or Harden at the top of the key."

Thomas: "I see many kids working out like a PRO when there's no need for it right now. Hella dribbles, hella isolation stuff like your Luka or James Harden at the top of the key. Ain't nobody playing like that. Work on catch & shoot. Catch & drive. Catch & pass & get it back. It TRANSLATES!

Look how many dribbles I’m taking!!! Like 3-4, then it’s a bucket. Don’t need all that iso s**t to get to your stuff.

The INTERNET wants more!!!! Nobody else does. Go ask a head coach, go ask a GM, go ask an assistant coach in college what he’s looking for, fam. You can still get to it and dominate with less! I'VE DONE it!!!! And I’m short as hell 😂"
