*MEET YOUR EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS!*
We hope that you have enjoyed getting to know your DEI executive board for the Fall 2014 semester! This week we are highlighting our last (but certainly not least!) executive board officer, Vice President, Jackie (Zhaklin) Ivanova!

STATUS: Senior

MAJOR/MINOR: Dance major with a minor in recreational and leisure studies

FUTURE CAREER GOALS: "I want to move to California and work in the event planning field. I also want to perform with a professional dance company and open my own later on. There is still so much I want to do, but i don't think a life would be enough."

FAVORITE CLASS: Costume construction with Gail. She recommends taking this class if you are interested in arts and crafts because you get to learn and have fun at the same time. "If you ever need a button sewn, I got you!!" :-)

ADVICE: "Take advantage of all opportunities Brockport provides for you, especially the ones that give a leadership experience; don't be afraid to ask for help and don't doubt your instincts; always chase your dreams and strive for the impossible."

FUN FACTS: In case you haven't noticed, Jackie is from Bulgaria. "My accent can be pretty funny and ridiculous (mostly with names); my roommates find it extremely funny that I talk to myself when I am in a rush (I need someone to talk to me I guess). She is also a shopaholic, fashion is her life and that is usually where the money from her paychecks goes! She is also a vegetarian and always the "problem child" when she goes out to eat with her friends.
