Re: Masks, Medical Testing or Interaction, Quarantines and Vaccines
This is your official and personal Notice of Liability. Anyone that this letter is addressed to does NOT have the authority to either mask, test, quarantine, treat or vaccinate STUDENT FULL NAME who will be referred to as “STUDENT FIRST NAME” and the above-named persons will be referred to as the “Addressees” moving forward.
This letter is an official and personal notice to all Addressees that if any of you illegally mandate an investigational medical therapy, then this alone generates liability. You will be held personally liable for any deemed harm done to STUDENT FIRST NAME as you do NOT have consent in regard to: Masking, Medical Testing, Medical Treatment, Quarantining (including separating, isolating, discriminating, physical holding of any kind), and Vaccinating.
You have zero authority and zero permission to engage in any of the following with STUDENT FIRST NAME :
1. Mask Wearing – you cannot insist on, coerce to do so, discriminate or isolate in any way
2. Temperature Checking or any form of medical interaction
3. Covid testing or any other testing
4. Quarantining, Isolation, Physical holding or removal
5. Vaccination
If at any time you feel one or both of STUDENT NAME are in need of a conversation, interaction, or any method of approach on any of the above or anything remotely similar to the above, then you will call the parents, PARENTS FULL NAMES immediately for pick up (MOM’S NAME & PHONE NUMBER DAD’S NAME & PHONE NUMBER). Nobody besides PARENTS FULL NAMES will be authorized to pick up, transport, or hold STUDENT NAME besides their parents under these circumstances. Nobody besides PARENTS FULL NAMES will make any medical decisions whatsoever for STUDENT FIRST NAME.
Only in the event of an absolute emergency where an ambulance needs to be called does anyone have authority besides PARENTS FULL NAMES.
No prior, current, or post authorization or waiver has any authority over this official document. This supersedes any and all previous, current or post approval, authorization, waivers or any like documents.
Whereas:
1. The Nuremberg Code, codified into US Federal Law, prohibits forcing or coercing anyone, under any circumstances, to participate in a medical experiment; and Code states “the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.”;
2. None of these treatments has been approved, but only granted emergency use authorization, hence cannot be mandated nor can informed consent be dispensed with;
3. Children have already been exposed to unprecedented amounts of fear, instability, shaming, psychological trauma, and segregation throughout the COVID-19 measures and are therefore even more suggestible than their developmental state would usually entail.;
4. Vaccine or mask compliance elicited from children under threat of coercion, bullying, or suspension and who are not of fully informed consent that they have the legal right to refuse vaccination or masking constitutes extreme bullying and coercion and could be construed as a “battery” as well as a violation of constitutionally protected rights.
5. Contrary to misinformation spread by the World Health Organization, “implied consent” is not “informed consent,” and “informed consent” is mandatory by law, and you must be 18 years of age or older to provide.
6. The engagement of medical experimentation without informed consent further constitutes the indictable offense of crimes against humanity.
7. The Mature Minor doctrine cannot override the wishes and consent of the parents outside of preventing imminent harm or death. Vaccinations do not fall under the Mature Minor doctrine.
8. Students are at nearly zero % risk of contracting or transmitting this respiratory illness and are instead buffers which help other build their immune system. The overall survival rate is 99.997%.
9. Numerous doctors, scientists and medical experts are issuing dire warnings about the short and long-term effects of COVID-19 vaccines, including but not limited to death, infertility, miscarriages, Bell’s Palsy, blood clots, cancer, inflammatory conditions, autoimmune disease, early-onset dementia, convulsions, anaphylaxis, myocarditis, and antibody dependent enhancement leading to death.
10. The trials have not proven that COVID-19 vaccines prevent infection or transmissions; breakthrough cases are on the rise in those that have received the COVID-19 vaccines.
11. Safe and effective treatments and preventive measures exist for COVID-19 and new protocols are proving successful that are outside of the CDC protocols.
The risk associated with the Masks and the COVID-19 vaccinations is extremely dangerous to the health and well-being of all children and this form of treatment is unnecessary. Any coercion or pressure tactics used for students to comply with illegal mandates such as masks and vaccines, contravenes the Nuremberg Code, the Helsini Declaration, and Federal Law.
Any use of “implied consent” by any minor child under the age of 18 is defined in law as gross, contributory, and culpable criminal negligence. Any party found to be involved in coercion mandates or tactics of any kind when entrusted with the care of STUDENT FIRST NAME or any child could be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
I hereby notify both by this written notice to above mentioned Attendees and by their duty to alert: all school staff, school boards members, school health workers, all school administration, and any other adults who may have access to STUDENT FIRST NAME while under their care. This includes the assistance of outside school staff, or contractors such as public health nurses, doctors, or health officials. You may be held personally and criminally liable for any injuries, physical or mental or emotional trauma, or deaths that may occur.
We will seek justice in whatever capacity available.
