Soror Nikisha Horn is a professional cosmetic chemist with over 20 years experience in hair care and skin care primarily for women of color. Soror Horn has led the creative formula development for several major cosmetic brands such as Mizani, Soft Sheen Carson and Namaste Laboratories. Soror Horn is an inventor on several patents in the cosmetic industry published in the US, South Africa and European Patent offices, and she currently serves as the Director of Product Development for a major contract manufacturer in the Chicago area.
