We are inviting families to participate in our Trunk or Treat event! You will need to decorate your vehicle, bring candy to pass out (i.e. store purchased only/no peanuts products) and help make this a fun and memorable event for our students. Please note this event is weather permitting. As well as students/families can dress in costumes.

On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, we invite all students, staff, and families to wear orange to celebrate kindness, acceptance, and inclusion!

Students will enjoy fun, engaging activities organized by our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) teams as part of this schoolwide celebration.

Our girls basketball team had an amazing 19 to 17 win tonight. They held onto the lead right down to the last second!

Also, a huge shoutout to our incredible cheerleaders for keeping the energy high and keeping our Raiders encouraged all the way to the final buzzer.

Our boys were able to adapt, overcome, and keep pushing throughout the entire game. They demonstrated great sportsmanship, teamwork, and determination, never giving up until the final whistle.

Our Roosevelt Raiders played a hard-fought, close game against WDLA, finishing 6–4. Throughout the game, our Raiders showed great communication, teamwork, and support for one another. 💪🏽

Although we didn’t come away with the victory, the team gave it their all and never gave up. We’re proud of their effort and determination!
