Assumption Academy A fully accredited Catholic elementary school through the Diocese of Cleveland for students in preschool - eighth grade

Assumption Academy is a private, Catholic elementary school located in Broadview Heights, Ohio. The school educates students from preschool to eighth grade and provides a solid academic education in a close-knit, faith-centered environment. Our students consistently score well above the national average on standardized tests, participate in daily religious instruction, weekly mass, and service projects throughout the year. The small size of our school allows our teachers and staff to know each child personally. Consistent with the school's mission statement, emphasis is placed on the whole child. We strive to develop each student's potential and encourage them to use their gifts to become active witnesses for Christ.

Our Fall MAP Test results are in, and we’re proud to celebrate the academic success of our Assumption Academy students. Our school’s average exceeded the Ohio public school average.

These results reflect the hard work of our students and the dedication of our teachers who support, challenge, and encourage them every day.

At Assumption Academy, our small class sizes and strong teacher-to-student ratios give our teachers the opportunity to truly know their students, recognize their strengths, and help them grow.

What a season for our 2nd Grade Flag Football Team! 🏈

Our Vikings played tough through the rain, never gave up, and grew with every game. They learned about teamwork, perseverance, and supporting one another while showing plenty of heart and character along the way.

Most importantly, they were reminded that God is with us through the wins, the challenges, and everything in between.

Way to go, Vikings!
