And this is why PTO means so much 💕 to us as volunteers and as parents. We LOVE that we are able to help our schools achieve by supporting things such as field trips. The STEM classes at Broad Brook School recently took several students from different grades to Stem Day at the Hartford Athletics. Ms. Donahue came to us to see how we could help and we were able to provide $300 towards the cost of the trip which helped pay for school buses. 🚌

🥰 It is so touching to receive these thank you notes from the students who attended. We are so happy to have helped for the second year in a row! 🎉

And STEM is not the only field trip we helped! We also gave donations to 8th grade(High Meadows trip), 7th grade (CT Science Center trip), 6th grade (Riverside Reptiles trip), 5th grade (Old Sturbridge Village trip), 4th grade (Old State House trip), 1st grade (Lutz Museum trip), BBS TheaterWorks performance, BBS One School, One Book, and the EWMS library book fair. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
