🎉Registration is now open for Homeschool Science!🍁 New this year: a 6th-8th grade cohort, and discounts for signing up for all programs in a series! Grades 4K/5K, 1st-5th, and 6th-8th will meet over the 2026-27 school year for outdoor exploration. Find registration and more information at www.pringlenc.org/hss. We can't wait to explore with you this year!

"Homeschool Science" is a series of hands-on, outdoor nature programs for homeschooled students in grades 4K through 8th, meeting at Pringle Nature Center. PNC is a great place for students of all ages to study nature up-close in the forest, pond, and prairie ecosystems of the 197-acre Bristol Woods County Park. Each month features a different seasonal topic, ranging from birding to maple sugaring to astronomy. Small groups of students are led by PNC educators and focus on outdoor exploration, experiments, and games.

Pre-registration is required: sessions are $10/student with a discount for registering for all sessions in a series (6 sessions for 1st-5th grade and 5 for 4K/5K and 6th-8th grade). Some sessions are drop-off and some are family (parent/guardian attends with the student) programs. This program is available for registration to individual families; if you have a group that would like to schedule its own field trip program, please contact us! Find more information at www.pringlenc.org/hss.
