Mt. Hope High School Athletics Bristol-Warren Regional School District
Athletic Director: Christy J.H. Belisle, M.Ed., CMAA
Asst. AD: Sarah Wilson, CAA
Athl. At Mt. Mt.

Trainer: Kristina Keddie, ATC, LAT, CPT As an RIIL interscholastic institution, Mt. Hope High School places high priority on the quality of the overall educational experience and success of each student athlete. The program reflects the mission of Mt. Hope High School, the philosophy of educational athletics, and the Rhode Island Interscholastic League (RIIL). Hope High School, the student-athlete

is expected to be a student first and an athlete second. Hope High School's interscholastic athletic program is an integral part of the total curriculum; therefore, a comprehensive program of athletic activities is vital to the educational development of students. The athletic program provides a variety of experiences to aid in the development of favorable habits and attitudes in students that will prepare them for life. These experiences are designed to serve the school, assist in the development of respect for self and others, promote fellowship and goodwill, promote self-realization and all-around growth, and encourage learning the qualities of good citizenship, school pride and self pride. We expect our student athletes, Husky friends, families and their coaches to demonstrate respect, loyalty, chracter, sportsmanship, and honor both on and off the court and/or field. We seek to develop each athlete as a citizen of the community. We strive to ensure that each studen'ts athletic experience is a positive one, both for her/him and for the High School Community. We value winning, but we also value personal growth, teamwork, and preparation for the world after high school

We believe that the athletic program at Mt. Hope High School offers students an extraordinary opportunity to develop self-respect and self-discipline; and to learn to reach goals through teamwork. We proudly look to our student-athletes as role models and expect their behavior, both on and off the court and/or field, to bring honor to themselves and the Athletics Department goals and objectives.

A special Congrats to multi-sport scholar athlete, Thea Jackson the only person repping Rhode Island this year! What a way to end her Mt Hope Husky career and move onto being a Husky for Northeastern!

United Soccer Coaches announced today that 117 outstanding student-athletes have earned High School Scholar All-American honors, including 63 girls and 74 boys. These exceptional individuals were recognized for their remarkable achievements both in the classroom and on the soccer field throughout their high school careers.

We celebrate the dedication, hard work, and commitment these student-athletes have demonstrated in academics and athletics.

Congratulations to all those selected for this prestigious honor!
