Aiden plays a vital role on our robotics team, coached by Dr. Lewis, and enjoyed going to Canada over the summer for national competition. The team gained this opportunity because they got second place at regionals which was held at ETSU. We look forward to following Aiden's robotics journey this year!

You may think it's just a stuffed animal, but it's way more than that! In Ms. Givney's Small Animal Science class, students are learning the different cardiac abnormalities in a dog's heart. They do this with realistic canine training manikins. The heart rate and cardiac abnormalities are controlled through a phone app which is controlled by the teacher. Students rotate through stations so every student gets the opportunity to be trained on this equipment. So cool!

These students in Dr. Lewis's engineering class participated in a fun challenge to make the most wind-resistant tower out of paper. They moved the fan closer and closer to their tower until the force of the wind from the fan eventually blew it over. What a fun challenge!
