So much fun seeing everyone tonight! It was great to see families meeting teachers, enjoying a Kona Ice treat, and getting ready for another great school year! We can’t wait to see everyone back at Newfound Elementary!

Good morning 🌞

We met on Tuesday, 8/18, for our first PTO meeting of the new school year. It was great to be back in school, meet new faces and start preparing for a fun and exciting year!

Part of the agenda was voting on a new PTO logo. Between online and in person votes we are excited to announce the winner 🏆🥳👏🏼

We were also notified that the school is in desperate need of playground toys! We have created an Amazon wishlist for anyone willing to donate. The items will be sent right to the school with attention to Sarah Roberts- she has graciously agreed to organize, assemble and inflate all donations.

We will meet again on September 8th at 4:15pm. We hope to see you there!!

Psst! Notice our name change?? The Newfound Elementary School PTO (formerly Friends of BES) have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare for a fun, supportive and engaging school year!

We have made the steps to change our name to be cohesive with the new school name as well as enhance the inclusivity of the new school year!

Along with the name change we have started to prepare events and fundraising! This is where YOU come in!

Our next meeting will be held on August 18th at 4:15pm at Newfound Elementary School-Bristol. We invite all parents and staff to join us and get involved to make this school year the best yet!
