Just a reminder: this Saturday will be the Free Seminar - Women's & Teen Self Defense. This is a really great seminar with hands on experience to life saving moves. Bring a friend, water bottle and small snack. It’s going to be great!

This fall I will be hosting a Teen & Women’s Self-Defense seminar with local gym Iron Will Strength & Fitness. Date, time, and location is to be announced.

Here is an amazing chance to learn from 3rd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu and get some hands on experience with breaking away from someone’s grip, taking down an opponent, de-escalate & escape techniques, weapon protection and overall protecting yourself.
