I am Lisa Caldwell, your Kitchen Confidant. I am a Chef/Nutritionist and a nutritional educator with a relaxed, light-hearted and comprehensible approach to food, nutrition, cooking and health. I believe in meeting people where they are in their lives, not pressing upon them where I believe they should be.
