Combat Ving Tsun Assoc. Street orientated martial arts for adults and teens. We have three locations in the Rochester area.

East Rochester in the Balance Building at 152 West Commercial St. classes are Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-9pm, We have a meeting every Saturday at Pattaya's Restaurant in the basement meeting room from 11am-1pm Saturday mornings. We will be adding another class at PW fitness in the plaza behind the Hess station on the corner of Rt. 250 and Rt.441 in Penfield. We are also affiliated with my students school in Albany NY Kelevera Krav Maga and Ving Tsun taught by Sifu Mark Messare.
