Our program is designed to produce the following outcomes after attending eight, 2-hour classes:
• Achieve greater self-esteem and social competence
• Develop the ability to thrive in difficult and pressure situations
• Reach/maintain stronger academic achievement
• Understand and utilize positive conflict resolution skills
