JIU-JITSU AFTER 50

You don’t need to be the youngest, fastest, or strongest person on the mat.

That’s kind of the point.

Our Adult Gi 50+ class is about learning to train intelligently. Using technique, timing, positioning and leverage against people who may be bigger, stronger or younger than you.

This isn’t easy Jiu-Jitsu or a watered down class. It’s learning how to make Jiu-Jitsu work for the body you have, while training in a way that lets you come back and do it again.

Old guys training smart.

Never trained before? That’s completely fine. Come in, meet the guys, watch a class or jump on the mat with us.
