This week, our focus was on the word Pride. The students highlighted below consistently demonstrated Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Discipline and Effort throughout the week. Their efforts were celebrated during Friday’s announcements.

🎉 South Elementary students did an amazing job supporting the American Heart Association this year! Together, our students raised an incredible $3,125.00.

As a special reward, students who raised $35 or more earned the chance to pie Mrs. Evans! 🥧😄 Students who raised $50 or more got to pie Mrs. Evans and another staff member! Thank you to our students, families, and staff for your generosity and support of this important cause.👏

🎉 ¡Los estudiantes de South Elementary hicieron un trabajo increíble apoyando a la Asociación Americana del Corazón (American Heart Association) este año! ❤️ Juntos, nuestros estudiantes recaudaron la impresionante cantidad de $3,125.00.

Como recompensa especial, los estudiantes que recaudaron $35 o más tuvieron la oportunidad de lanzarle un pastel a la Sra. Evans. 🥧😄 ¡Y los estudiantes que recaudaron $50 o más pudieron lanzarle un pastel a la Sra. Evans y a otro miembro del personal! Gracias a nuestros estudiantes, familias y personal por su generosidad y apoyo a esta importante causa. ¡Estamos muy orgullosos de la diferencia que está logrando nuestra comunidad escolar! 👏

What an amazing Field Day! 🎉☀️

Our students had a fantastic time participating in games, races, team challenges, and outdoor activities filled with laughter, teamwork, and school spirit. It was wonderful to see everyone encouraging one another, making memories, and having fun together.

A big thank you to our staff, and families who helped make this special day a success.

Yes… It’s back! Colorado Summer EBT
provides a one-time payment of $120 in
extra grocery benefits to children over the
summer, when kids aren’t getting the
meals they usually eat at school. Most
eligible children are automatically enrolled
in Summer EBT.
