I have sometimes told my students, that when I die, I'd like the words "one more time" carved on my tombstone.

I say this a little bit tongue-in-cheek, partly to encourage the students to push themselves in class, to run through their requirements or push their physical limits, one more time.

I've joked with the kids that when they visit my moldering grave, the carved words will compel them to run through their form, or solo, or push-up goals "one more time."

I might say it's my favorite phrase.

Lelain amazed us all by creating a lighted piece of art embodying this life motto.

Ok hear me out.

Vision Week for our Extreme students. The character word they need to learn is "Desire" -- to wish or long for something so much that any obstacle in your way [even a tank] will not break your drive.
