It still pretty hot out there today, but a single fallen leaf that I spotted in New Hampshire yesterday reminds me that fall is right around the corner! 🍁

Fall 2026 Course Schedule Is Now Live!

Yes, we know...it's only July, the beach chairs are still out, and we're definitely not ready to start talking about pumpkin spice everything just yet☀️🏖️

But while summer is in full swing, it's never too early to start planning your fall Senior College schedule.

We're excited to announce that the Senior College Fall 2026 course schedule is now available on our website! With 70 courses spanning a wide variety of topics, there's truly something for everyone.

📅 Early registration for returning members begins August 3.
📅 Registration for new members and the general public begins August 5.

Many of our most popular courses fill quickly, so we encourage you to review the schedule and register as soon as your registration period opens.

🎉 More Time. More Opportunities. 🎉

Beginning this week, the Sandwich Center for Active Living (CAL) will be expanding its evening hours in response to community feedback!

🕗 New Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We're excited to now offer evening access Tuesday and Thursday, giving residents even more opportunities to enjoy this incredible community space. While the building will now close at 8:00 PM (instead of 8:30 PM), this adjustment was made after reviewing building usage data and feedback, ensuring it will have minimal impact while allowing expanded access throughout the week.

Whether you're looking to:
🏃 Walk on the elevated indoor track
💪 Use the fitness room
💻 Get some work done in the lounge with free Wi-Fi
🎨 Participate in Sandwich Council on Aging and The Sandwich Recreation Department programs
☕ Or simply enjoy everything the CAL has to offer...
