Bike!BC

Bike!BC Bike!BC is Bridgewater College's community bike program run through the campus club New Community Project.

Any student can hop on an adopted Bike!BC bicycle and ride to their next destination on the Bridgewater campus. If you encounter any problems with the bikes (flat tire, chain maintenance, etc), please post on this page to let us know!

So I know that it is the end of the year, but BC Bikes has been in process of re developing a new program that will work for next year. All the bikes we had were unfortunately scrapped for the most part and we had 2 bikes that were fixed up. Now we are in process of ordering more bikes and we'll see what more will be in store for the fall!

Hey guys! Thank you for a great first year of Bike!BC! As you wrap up with exams, let us know if you know where Bike!BC bikes are located on campus. We want to gather them up so they can be used again next year!

Hey guys! In case you haven't noticed yet, we have several bikes around campus ready to be ridden! Enjoy the spring weather and let us know if you find any problems with any of the bikes.

We finally got around to fixing up some of the bikes! Student run organizations tend to slow around the end of the semester when things get hectic.
Also-- has anyone seen the NCP bike ( #5) with the kite lately?

The new bike ( #3 and green) is out along with the repaired bike ( #2 and purple). Thank you to the BSMers who adopted this bike!

Ok folks, here is the update: bikes #4 (blue) and #6 (red) are out of order and it will take us a week or two to fix. Bike #2 (purple) just needs to have the stickers replaced and will be out again in a couple days.

On the bright side, however, we will soon have a NEW bike out! Will let you all know when it is ready.

Sadly, bike #2 was found with a broken pedal. This weekend we will be working to fix both the broken bikes and hopefully get out another bike soon!
