🌰 We're looking for ACORNS! 🌰

If you have an oak tree in your yard with lots of acorns to spare, or you know somewhere we can collect them, please let us know!

The 3's and 4's classroom are now officially sponsoring the baby bears at the Wildlife Center of Virginia! 🐻❤️ As part of the project, we’re collecting acorns that we will clean, prepare, and donate to help feed the bears this winter.

If you’d like to collect some for us, you don’t have to do anything to them! Just collect them and send them our way. The children will take care of the entire process from beginning to end—sorting, checking, cleaning, and preparing them for donation.

It gives our children the opportunity to be involved in every step and see how something as simple as collecting acorns can make a real difference for wildlife in our community. 🍂🐻🌰

So… who has an oak tree and some acorns they’d like to share with our baby bears?

As the butler, Rhett is always nearby… quietly serving drinks, keeping an eye on the guests, and—perhaps—hearing things he was never supposed to hear. 👀 What does Rhett know? What has he overheard behind closed doors? And could the person trusted to serve everyone be hiding a secret of his own? 🕵️‍♂️🔎
