This is wayyy overdue but so much deserving...

Please help me show appreciation and gratitude to our Director Michelle Lester! ❤️

Michelle has contributed so much hard work and dedication to our Center which has created such a positive environment throughout the years for the children attending as well as our staff. ❤️

It was her vision early on that when parents would walk in for the first time, they would feel a warm family-oriented environment. A home like atmosphere where parents would feel at ease knowing their children are being cared for as if they were her own children. It's very important to her that our staff/caregivers share the desire to uphold this vision each and every day. ❤️

Thank you for creating such a nurturing and supportive environment for our staff and the children attending. The impact you have left in the children's lives will be ever felt. We love hearing how our past children still remember all the great memories with Michelle. And they ask about her often! ❤️

Even more impressive that Michelle is able to balance this all while not missing a beat as a SUPER mom at home. ❤️
