🍿 **POPCORN DAY IS THURSDAY!** 🍿

You know what time it is, JES…

Time for the PTA to turn an unreasonable amount of tiny kernels into an unreasonable amount of popcorn before most people have finished their second cup of coffee. 😂☕️

**Popcorn is just 50¢ a bag!** Send in those quarters, because Thursday is about to smell AMAZING.

And speaking of popcorn… **we still have a few volunteer spots open!** 👀

✨ FINAL FIELD DAY REMINDER ✨

We are SO excited for Field Day Thursday at Bridgeport City Park! We still have a few volunteer spots left (sign up here --> https://signup.com/go/tcGYhva ) and a quick reminder that you must be a PTA member to sign up. This event is incredibly expensive and is *100% funded by PTA*, so your membership truly helps make Field Day possible for every student.

👟 Volunteer Reminders
If you’re volunteering, please note the following:

- Report directly to Bridgeport City Park at the start of your shift.
- Volunteer check‑in will be near the playground—stop by to pick up your name tag.
- If possible, please park in the overflow lot. One of our stations (FOAM!) is set up in the main lot, and half of it will be blocked off. Parking elsewhere will help keep everyone safe.
- Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and even a camping chair if you’d like.
- We will have water refill stations and will be providing lunch for our all‑day volunteers only.

Thank you in advance for showing up—this event is huge, and we truly couldn’t do it without you.

👧👦 Parent Reminders
We’re keeping our fingers crossed for perfect weather, but as always…
Field Day happens RAIN OR SHINE.
There are simply too many moving parts to reschedule.

A few things to help your child have the best day:

- We are NOT doing water events this year,
**BUT we *are* doing FOAM again, and it gets kids *very* wet.
- Please send a change of clothes, a towel, and water‑friendly shoes.
- Pre‑apply sunscreen before school.
- Weather this month has been unpredictable—it could be 45°, it could be 90°. We’ve seen both!
