Field trip notes for Nashville Zoo

I hate to say but it looks like we will need to postpone our trip to the splash pad on Monday due to weather. Hopefully, we can get some time where the weather will cooperate and we can get a bus driver that won’t interfere with our other activities.

EDIT 2: REMIND notices just went out. I can’t see that anyone has joined the class. I have had one person reach out that it was giving her trouble. I will have a QR code/ or how to join with text for everyone in the morning and maybe that will help.

I should have said that your student can be a part of the literacy/numeracy camp and the summer program. So if your child was already a part of the afterschool program and you turned in summer program registration sheets your child can stay until 4:30. Otherwise they will need to be picked up at 12:30. If you have any questions about their pick up time we can clarify in the morning at drop off.

The 21stCCLC (afterschool program) will start Tuesday May 26th at 7:30 am. All spots are filled at this time. Be looking for a text from Remind tomorrow adding you to the summer program class. We will have a parent meeting Tuesday at 4:30 to sign field trip paperwork and receive schedules. REMINDER there is a difference in the Literacy/Numeracy Camp. If you received a letter from the school to sign your student up for those, they will need to be picked up at the front of the school at 12:30.

Afterschool canceled tomorrow Wed. 5/6/26 due to inclement weather. Also, Mr. Don’s bus (26-02) will not be running tomorrow. Doors open at 7:15 and afternoon car line starts at 2:30.
