Who remembers Gypsy, the Therapy Dog, and/or the day Ronald McDonald visited us?

The Catholic Academy of Bridgeport is trying to locate grads who have gone on to careers in the medical field -- from doctors and nurses, to OT’s and PT’s, to medical researchers and x-ray technicians, and everything in between!
We also are interested in information about CAB grads in who are in college or grad school pursuing such degrees.
(Our campuses include St. Andrew, St. Ann, St. Augustine and St. Raphael, and the former St. Ambrose and St. Peter.)

These pictures came up in my memories today!

Who remembers this day 13 years ago when Scooter Christensen, #16 on the Harlem Globetrotters Visited the school? He talked about the Globetrotters C.H.E.E.R. (Cooperation, Healthy mind & body, Effort, Enthusiasm, and Responsibility) Program and showed some of the Globetrotters' inner-circle basketball skills with the help of some kids and Miss Barnum.

Merry Christmas! Went to see Sr. Fernandez (she’ll be 80 in February) and of course her Christmas Village! The first 5 photos are from the village done by the PreK and K students. The video shows how big it really is this year. The last 7 photos is the village done by the 1st-6th graders (guess they were jealous 🤗)! The detail in the figures is amazing! Wishing all a holy, happy Christmas and a healthy, safe, prosperous 2024!

Congratulations to Thich (Charlie) Nguyen who was the recipient of the 2023 St. Augustine Medal of Service Medal from Holy Name of Jesus Parish, Stratford. Though (Charlie) was nominated by Father Bert Pinciaro.

It is with sadness that I share with the St.Peter School Community that Mrs. Jeanne Flynn peacefully passed away on Sunday, June 25th. RIP in peace my dear friend and colleague! Prayers for your son, daughters and grandchildren.
