This Saturday

James J. Curiale School will open its doors to Kindergarten students and parents Monday, August 28 at 8:35 a.m. Grades 1 - 8 will start the next day.

Congratulations to grade 8 students Maliya Pierre-Louis and Ashley Beckford for earning a second place finish for the district’s Black History Month debate. Led by their coach and teacher Ms Key, these young ladies out-performed all schools in Bridgeport except a strong team from High Horizons Magnet. I am so proud of these debaters and their coach!

Congratulations to the Curiale girls basketball team. Hall Neighborhood House Holiday Tournament Champions!

Happy Inauguration Day! Ms Brown-Palmer and Ms. DePass are wearing pearls in honor of Vice President Kamala Harris.

Great to see students helping make the school look better.

Dear Curiale,
Students will start on Tuesday, September 8. Students that have chosen to come in-person will start at 7:50 for Middle School and 8:35 for Elementary. Students that will use distance learning must logon through Teams at 8:30 and 9:15.

Dear Grade 8 Families,

Next week we will begin our graduation activities. These will include Principal Gustafson and Assistant Principal Brown-Palmer visiting houses to deliver diplomas and post graduation signs. We will also have a virtual graduation beginning at 10:00 Tuesday, June 16. This video will remain up for families and friends to watch. We will send you the link on Monday.
