Congratulations to Roshaun Johnson FB’26, who was named a recipient of Fairfield University's Romero Award at the Student Achievement Awards. Named after St. Oscar Romero of El Salvador, the award recognizes a student in the associate’s degree program who exemplifies the spirit of a Catholic, Jesuit education through academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to service.
"After graduating high school, I was unsure of what the future held for me regarding pursuing higher education. Bellarmine was my lifeline that gave me the opportunity to pursue my passion at an affordable price. I immediately fell in love with the campus, the staff, and all they had to offer. This award is a testament to the arduous effort that I have dedicated to my academics and community involvement… [and reflects] the continuous support and love that the Bellarmine community has poured into me over the last two years.” - Roshaun Johnson FB’26
