One more photo from July 27th and IPE event which focused on neurocognitive disorders and polypharmacy and included trivia about both professions, team-based learning activities, and a live patient actor. In this image the OT student, Harrisen Tilery (blue shirt), and PA students, Christopher Negro (purple shirt) and Laura Card (white shirt), are working with the patient actor to simulate appropriate interventions. Big thanks to our OT & PT students for participating and to Drs. Lola Halperin, Jaimee Hegge, Amanda Wheeler, Eric Nemec, and Prof. Sandy Narciso-Owen for running this event!
