A friendly reminder that CELC will be closed Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21, for Professional Development Week.

During this time, our teachers will participate in trainings and prepare their classrooms for an exciting new school year! We appreciate this dedicated time to strengthen our team and create welcoming, engaging learning environments for our children.

We will reopen on Monday, August 24. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! 💙

What a FOAM-tastic Field Day at CELC! 🫧☀️💦

Our preschoolers had a blast playing in the foam, competing in water relays, and hopping their way through potato sack races! Our toddlers enjoyed their own water-relay fun, while our pre-toddlers got creative by painting colorful murals on shower liners! 🎨🥔🏁

The children spent the day laughing, splashing, creating, and cheering on their friends. It was the perfect way to celebrate our final water-play day of the season—and we captured the cutest pictures and memories! 🥰

A huge thank-you to our amazing teachers for planning such fun and engaging experiences for our little ones! 💙

What an amazing week we've had celebrating Spirit Week at our center! 💙 From creative outfits and big smiles to exciting activities and lots of laughter, our children and staff had a wonderful time showing their school spirit.

The Connecticut Office of Early Childhood is asking families to participate in a Local Needs Assessment to help better understand the needs of children and families in our community. Your feedback will help guide future priorities, services, and supports for early childhood programs in Bridgeport.

We are so excited to celebrate an amazing school year with a fun-filled Spirit Week from June 15–19! Each day will have a different theme for our students and staff to enjoy together. 💜✨
