A new page has just dropped, along with 54 tagged to it! Our local scholarships now branch out to every county throughout the state. Going to our 'local scholarship' page will show an interactive map of WV where you can click on your county to see what's available, coming soon, or past due!

Scholarship Central aims to empower students in West Virginia by providing accessible, organized, and up-to-date scholarship opportunities, along with the tools and guidance needed to successfully pursue financial aid for their future education. Our website is for all of WV, and our goal is to give all students here a fighting chance at debt-free education.

We were able to celebrate the teachers and staff today with a pizza luncheon. Huge shout out to Venture Real Estate and the Perperas family for the donation! It’s so wonderful to have community support when it comes to celebrating our teachers and staff.

A College Planning Information Session with BHS Counselor Mr. Lemley will be held on Monday, March 9th, at 5 PM in the BHS Library.

Mr. Lemley will provide an overview of the college application timeline and answer general questions about the process.

This session is open to all parents/guardians of current BHS students but will be especially helpful for parents/guardians of current Juniors who will begin applying for college in the fall. Please enter through the doors under the canopy. ❤️🖤
