What an amazing five years it has been! 🐻🎉 This weekend, we celebrated the fifth anniversary of Three Little Bears Daycare surrounded by the people who have made this journey so special.

We’re so excited to officially announce that Ms. Ariana is now the Co-Director of Three Little Bears Daycare! 🎉
For the past 5 years, Ms. Ariana has been a dedicated part of the Three Little Bears family. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and is just months away from earning her Connecticut Head Teacher Certificate, continuing her commitment to growing as an early childhood leader.
She works hard behind the scenes to ensure our center stays in compliance with all state licensing regulations, maintains high-quality standards, and provides a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for our children, families, and staff.
Her dedication, leadership, and passion for early childhood education help make Three Little Bears the place it is today. 💛
