Tautog fish, (a kind of wrasse..tricky to catch;), pan fried in almond flour and h20 seltzer batter and draped with an artichoke blurred blanc, accompanied by hand cut and seasoned baked fries and last minute picked chard sauteed w/fresh garlic. 😋
